Chairman
Patrick is recognized internationally as a tireless entrepreneur and business driver. Began career at KPMG, gained expertise in management consulting and project implementation, led the French consulting practice. Started and developed X-PM a prime executive interim company, successfully leading its expansion into Asia. Spearheaded transnational project initiatives, building strong market presence and executive partnerships.
Founded Asia-Connect, specializing in cross-cultural executive operations throughout Asia, and fostering global connections. Adept at driving growth, innovation, and market entry strategies, with a focus on staffing, implementing and scaling them in dynamic, Asian environments.
Franck Euvrard

Franck is an international executive with 30+ years of leadership in automotive, engineering services, and IT across Europe and Asia. He has held senior roles in program management, manufacturing, and digital transformation for OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and tech firms.
With experience in India, Japan, China, and Vietnam, he has led market expansion, restructuring, and strategic partnerships for Faurecia, VinFast, Tata Technologies, and KPIT.
As a partner at Asia-Connect Executive Partners, he provides strategic leadership for companies navigating growth and innovation in Asia.
He holds master’s degrees from IAE University of Lorraine and INSA Strasbourg.
Christian Mardrus
Partner
Christian is a former senior executive in the Automotive & Services industries, specializing in Operations Management and IT/Digital.
As a Renault-Nissan Executive Committee member, he led key transformation plans between Renault and Nissan such as integration of Engineering, Manufacturing & Supply Chain, and Digital Transformation. He operated and managed business in several countries : Europe, Middle East, Japan, Africa, India and the USA.
He is a Senior Advisor at BCG and part of its Executive Coaching Practice, mentoring international leaders.
Christian also contributes to Asia Connect Executive Partners, fostering business between Europe and Asia.
He holds engineering degrees from École Polytechnique and Télécom Paris Tech and is a member of the French State “Corps des Mines”.
Nicolas Ajacques
Partner
Nicolas has 25+ years of leadership experience in China and Asia, holding CEO roles at Eridania Béghin-Say (Food), Savencia Cheese and Dairy (China & APAC), and ARC International (APAC). In 2021, he joined TOTALENERGIES as Deputy GM of a lithium battery joint venture.
He has deep expertise in Food & Beverage and heavy manufacturing, with a focus on Li-Ion batteries. Nicolas has led greenfield investments, restructurings, and performance improvement programs in China.
A former President of the French Chamber of Commerce in China, he is an Advisor to the French Trade Ministry and a China Chapter board member.
Philip Borg
Partner
Philip has a professional background in financial primary research. He began his career in London at a major expert network, where he worked with French small and mid-cap private equity clients. He later co-founded Nexus Network, an expert network firm, leading its business expansion in France and the Benelux region.
Currently based in Seoul, South Korea, Philip holds a BSc from Heriot-Watt University and both an MSc in Management and a Master in International Affairs from the National University of Singapore. He is fluent in English, French, and Swedish.
Andy Wälti

Andy is a seasoned executive with 30 years of international experience in the manufacturing and chemicals industry, having held regional and global leadership roles at Sandoz, Novartis, and Clariant mainly in Asia (China/Thailand) and Middle East & Africa.
Most recently, Andy served as Region Head China & APAC, based in Shanghai, for Clariant, a global leader in specialty chemicals. Throughout his career, he has successfully led businesses across diverse markets, driving growth and transformation coupled with a deep understanding of cross-cultural issues.
Now based in Bangkok, Andy works as an independent consultant, advisor, and board member, helping businesses navigate complex global challenges and capitalize on new opportunities.
He holds a Master in Business Administration (lic. oec. HSG) with a specialization in Finance from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland.
Jean-Michel Piveteau

After three years in Paris and London, followed by two years in Abu Dhabi with BNP Paribas, Jean-Michel was appointed to establish and lead multiple international banking structures : His career took him to Bahrain, where he oversaw operations in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait, before moving to Asia, where he spent four years in Taiwan, five years in India, four years in Thailand covering five Southeast Asian countries including Malaysia and Vietnam, and then twenty seven consecutive years in China ; all over, managing the full spectrum of the Group’s investment banking activities.
As a partner at Asia-Connect Executive Partners, Jean-Michel leverages his expertise and network across Asia and the Arabic Gulf, providing project management solutions for European and Asian corporate clients.

Ilann Amram

Ilann brings over 25 years of experience in international sales of industrial solutions and heavy machinery, specializing in metals.
He has worked 17+ years across Singapore, Taipei (Emerson), Jakarta, and Shanghai (Rio Tinto).
Since January 2022, he’s been based in Jakarta, helping tech firms enter Indonesia’s market, including a year advising industrial engineering group Fives on their ASEAN strategy in 2023.
Fluent in French and English, he also works in Bahasa Indonesia.
Ilann holds a microelectronics engineering degree (Polytech 1996), an Executive MBA (Edhec 2019), and an IFMT Interim Management certification (2022).
